Gingerbread Cookies
Christmas is almost here and to celebrate it, we did Gingerbread cookies! It was a success! If you want to practise at home, click on the picture to get the recipe.

Apple Crumble Pie
Pupils from 5th grade made Apple Crumble, an English pie. They enjoyed a lot and the pie was yummy!! If you want to try at home, here it is the recipe:

- 8 large cooking apples
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 250g plain white flour
- 75g butter
- 250g brown sugar
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven during 10 minutes at 220º
2. Peel, core and slice some cooking apples and put them in a bowl.
3. Add them the cinnamon. When it’s mixed put them in the bottom of an oven dish
4. Mix all the flour, butter and sugar until they are like breadcrumbs with a fork (a mixer can be used)
5. Cover the apples with the mixed flour, butter and sugar.
6. Bake at 190º for 40 to 45 minutes.
7. Allow to cool slightly and serve with yoghurt or vanilla ice-cream

We cooked a bit the apples and the cinnamon before putting it on the oven tray
