The 3rd grade students did a very easy experiment that you can try at home. They tried to make a rainbow.
To make a rainbow you need:
* a glass
* water
* a torch
* a sheet of white paper
Instructions:
1. Fill the glass almost to the top with water.
2. Place the glass of water on the white paper.
3. Shine with the torch into the water and move it around till the rainbow can be viewed.
Results:
They were almost successful. They could see a rainbow but the colour red didn’t appear clearly. They really had fun performing the experiment. We hope you try at home!
